These two girls are ex breeding dogs who have come into care after completing their obligations.
Janey and Elle have a very special bond that we are hoping that will not be broken.
Jane is the poodle who is more the confident one who has always looked out for Elle. So much so that she helped Elle rear her last litter of puppies. Even though Janey had her own litter that were a few weeks older. This is a very special bond for two females to have in a breeding facility.
Elle is very timid still and looks for reassurance with Janey.
They both have been in the same foster home with three other ex breeding girls that have been adopted by the foster carer years before.
Janey turned 5 in January this year and Elle is 5 this Dec.
They have settled into a home environment with ease and have been going to the local dog park and beach on weekends to learn how to enjoy a normal life, and they are loving it.
Janey has had two seizures in the last six months and we have consulted a few vets with bloods taken. Both seizures happened to her hormonal levels changing.
One apparently when she was giving birth and the second one was when she stopped feeding all hers and Elles pups, and that one was over 3 weeks ago.
Her desexing is happening in the next 2 weeks and could be the end of her seizures.

We know this is going to take a miracle to find the perfect family/home to take on this special girls but we know there is someone out there.
The girls adoption fee will be minimal for them both.

The girls aren’t good with cats and we are looking for a home without young children.
They are good with other small dogs.

Our goal is ultimately to keep them together. 💗💗🐾🐾
